From 2017 on Daniel was a corporate banker with Deutsche Bank advising mid and large sized companies on all financial matters but primarily on the structuring of debt.
As he was able to build a profound knowledge of financial engineering during that time, Daniel joined the business development team of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt to develop new debt and capital market solutions for his clients.
In 2022 he joined a corporate start-up by Munich Re and Porsche structuring and evaluating project finance transactions for large cap clients around the world.
Since mid of 2023 Daniel is the Head of Finance with cylib GmbH, responsible for financial planning and reporting, company wide accounting, project finance structuring, transaction due diligence and acting Head of Legal.
Thomas holds a doctorate in the field of fluidmechanics, a post-doctoral habilitation and supervises research projects in the field of vehicle aerodynamics as an adjunct professor at the Technical University of Munich, particularly in the recent past in connection with artificial intelligence methods and Big Data analyses.
As a founder and managing director of several legal entities, he is an entrepreneur, innovation driver and creative idea generator for future technologies in digitization with a pronounced understanding of finance, a holistic view of costs, benefits, degree of innovation and thus has proven as a corporate governance expert.
In accordance with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code (DCGK), Thomas is a trained and "Certified Supervisory Board Member" of the School GRC of Steinbeis University Berlin with distinctive expertise in the field of "digitalization".
